This very sexy redhead is a "corn-bred charmer" and is happily posing in her lingerie on this risque vintage 1950s water decal. It's not often you see a farm girl wearing a skimpy outfit like this one! The artwork is really spectacular and could only have been done by a true master illustrator.
This rare original decal is part of the MISS AMERICA series featuring "State Beauties in Typical Poses," and was produced by MASTERCRAFT DECALCOMANIA. It measures 2 3/4" wide by 3 3/4" tall and is brightly colored and in very good condition for its age and rarity. It has several creases and corner bending, and age related wear-and-tear. It is numbered MD-431.
Even in less than perfect condition, this is a fantastic vintage find that is suitable for framing or display and is sure to be the centerpiece of any girlie, 50s pin-up, Iowa, or vintage water decal collection.
