Vintage Gruen 420SS PAN AM  10K Gold Filled 1960s NICE. Working.
Noticed movement a little bit loose.
Here is my appraiser opinion.
This is a nice Veri-thin Precision from their Pan Am line. This one has a 420SS caliber movement and a 534 style, or a 420SS-534 for short. It has 17 jewels. It should be a manual wind. It also should have a sweep second hand. Based on the numbers, it should date to around 1944.
It has a 10kt gold filled bezel with a guildite back. It has a silverish colored dial. The outer ring has hours marked at even numbers with arabic numerals. An inner ring has the hours 13-24 marked. It has gray hands, except for the second, which is the favored red second hand of the Pan Ams. It has a period style light brown leather strap. From what I can see, I think everything is authentic to the Pan Am on this one.
It's a nice one. It has some scratches and wear, but overall, looks to be in pretty good condition.
