Vintage Ear of Corn Handle Sterling Souvenir Spoon w/Twisted Stem Unusual

For sale is this vintage sterling silver souvenir? spoon with a twisted handle and an Ear of Corn on the end. Is it a souvenir from Iowa?   This is in good condition with patina - not polished. This weighs 19 grams according to my scale.
