    IPX1 AGI Triple Foot Pedal Control switch.  Connections made to the wires in the cable.  When a pedal is depressed, continuity appears as follows:  Left = green to black ,middle ( whole pedal) black to white, right red to white.  The cable is 3 feet long and the pedal measures 7 x 5.5 x 1.5 inches.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
