    The Crab Snatcher
    Crab snares are made of high quality 16 gage galvanized steel which holds up against corrosion well.
    The snares weigh between 5-7oz with lead melted directly to the cage.  Average weight of each snare is around 6oz and end-weighted for longer casting.
    There are 6  - 13 inch loops on each snare which are made of 200 lb. hard nylon line which allows the loop to pop open when not under tension but still cinch down on the crab legs when you set your line….loops can be rejuvenated by placing in hot water.
    Snares are designed for use in the surf or off the pier.
    Snares come in round, rectangle, square shapes.  Specify shape when ordering.
