Antique Vintage John Morgan Seltzer Bottle w/Marked Siphon New York
It stands approximately 11 1/4".
The glass has air bubbles and some minor manufactured flaws.  No breaks or cracks.  I could not remove the siphon and did not try to force it off.  The siphon handle will not move up and down to empty contents.  The metal band around the bottle has a break (see photo 4).  Small amount of liquid in bottom that I could not empty out.  Please see photos.
