SHIPPING
Items will be shipped within 4 -5 business days from the time of purchase, depending upon the area. Due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes the handling time can take more time.

SHIPPING IS NOT FREE FOR INTERNATIONAL. International customers are advised to contact us before prior to purchasing the item. Shipping charges for outside the continental Unites States are non-refundable.

WARRANTY, RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
1.
Most parts we sell through eBay come with a 90 day warranty. "Unless stated Otherwise”. The warranty period starts when you take possession of the part. All electronic parts come with a 30 days return warranty unless otherwise stated.
2.
If the item has arrived damaged please take instant pictures of it before opening it and send it to us. We will have it picked up and will offer you a replacement/refund. If the item has arrived damaged and you have opened it then we will charge you a re-stocking fee. So for your own security please take pictures of the items that are delivered damaged!
3.
All parts must be installed by a certified mechanic as we shall not entertain any return or refund if the part is broken by the customer.
4.
Labor charges are non-refundable. We can only give you a refund of the part that you have received from us and we will bear the shipping cost IF the item is faulty.
5.
If somehow you have purchased a wrong part/item. It will be your responsibility to send the part back to us. We will not entertain a free shipping under such circumstances. We can give you a full refund though IF the item is in the same condition as shipped.
6.
To return a faulty item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
